The Residence
We are located in Marysville, Washington just 30 minutes north of Seattle, and 10 minutes north of Everett. A spacious and open rambler that is well-kept & beautiful inside. With extra wide doorways and halls to accommodate wheelchairs and walkers as well as lighted closets. The house has skylights which bring in warm, natural light. There is a large, flat, fully fenced yard with a variety of flowers, fruit trees (cherry and apple) and garden beds full of fruits and organic vegetables. There is also a large patio that is partially covered offering easy access to fresh air, even on those rainy Washington days! This is ideal for those who love to garden and it also provides nutritious, organic, and fresh produce for meals. The house is situated in a quite, clean cul de sac with a nearby church, park and library.
We have a large studio off the back of the house that would be perfect for a married couple. It has it's own large, wheelchair accessible bathroom with a shower as well as double, lighted closets and it's own french doors onto the back covered patio. It sits right off the kitchen.
The front of the home with beautiful gardens and a nice flat yard.
The bedrooms all have lovely garden views and nice natural light.
The dining room with french doors onto the back patio.
A view of the cozy living room with a gas fireplace as well as a TV nook. There is a gaming/puzzle table that gets a lot of use too. Looking down the wide hall into the roomy bathroom fully equipped with grab bars and lots of counter space. The doors are all extra-wide as are all the hallways. This home was built for a gentleman in a wheelchair and a gurney.

The back patio looking through the french doors into the dining room and kitchen. It is nice and level. Part of it is under cover and now has comfy chairs to sit outside even on a rainy day. Fresh air is important!
Looking across the back patio through the cherry tree at the level back yard and the organic vegetable, herb and fruit garden beyond: (seasonal veggies like lettuce, cucumbers, zucchini, rhubarb, tomatoes etc as well as fruit: raspberries, blueberries, strawberries, etc.).
One of the many gardens - this one is along the driveway and blooms almost all year! Tons of cutting flowers: a multitude of dahlias, as well as roses, irises, lilies, lilacs, hydrangea and many more. The residents love to fill the vases with fresh flowers!
